Role in the project.
UM became an autonomous public university from Januray 1st, 2011. In this framework it needs to plan in order to achieve this new status the development of an integrated information system devoted to all main administrative, financial, research and pedagogical resources. A full administrative service was created for this new way of university management on the base of information. In this framework UM would be able to transfer competencies and to share experience with NIS countries. UM's experience would be helpful in discussion and approval of the concept of university information management and organization of retraining courses for the selected participants.
