Institute of Telecommunications and global information space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine since its inception in 2001 headed by Stanislav Oleksіyovich Dovgiy - a famous Ukrainian scientist in the field of environment geodynamics, computational mathematics, hydrodynamics, information and communication technologies, including GIS - technology, Space Earth Science(Space physical geography of the Earth). Institute of Telecommunications and global information space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was created in 2001 to ensure the development of fundamental and applied research in the field of telecommunications and global information space.

Role in the project.

Institute of telecommunications and global information space will:

 - support the project activities in the ICT field (WP1, WP2),

 - give scientific consultations and take part in software development (WP3).

 Its scientific potential will be used for innovation of modern ICT ideas to practice of university community.
